Hello,
So I would like to reset my iMac to version 10.9, but I don't know how to do it, so if someone could help me, that would be nice.
Thank you for your responses :)

Hello

What exactly do you mean by reset: installing a brand new Mac OS X system while keeping your data or completely wiping all your personal data and reinstalling a Mac OS X system for resale?

Hello,

So you need to reinstall Mac OS X Mavericks after reformatting the internal hard drive.
You can read and follow this documentation:
OS X Mavericks: Step by Step for a Clean Install.

In fact, to reset it, like when I had it on the very first day! :)

The problem is that I'm not very good at computers and I prefer a video or if you could explain it to me? Thank you :)

Hello,

This tutorial is all in French and each step has plenty of screenshots, and often there is nothing else to do but click the "Continue" or "Validate" button.

It may seem long, but that's because it explains everything:
- Downloading Mavericks and saving the installer program (10 pages)
- Creating a bootable USB key: manual method (27 pages)
- Creating the bootable USB key: method with DiskMaker X (12 pages)
- Restarting and starting the installation (6 pages)
- Erasing your internal disk (7 pages)
- Installing Mavericks (5 pages)

Yes, I know, but the problem is that I don't want to sell it; it's that he doesn't want to have the internet, and I bought it three months ago, so I would like to see if it's coming from my Mac or from the network?

OK, your problem is internet access. So reformatting and reinstalling is a bit of a harsh solution.
What have you done to solve your problem?
