Hello everyone,

I have set up a family network. PC A can see PC B but does not have access rights. However, PC B can access PC A without any problems. I believe I followed the same processes and I can't find an explanation.
OS: Windows XP Home.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Are the 2 computers running on Windows Home?

Sorry for the delayed response, vacation obligations...

Both computers are running Windows XP Home.
      Do you have any idea?
      See you!
      Thank you.

        Hello,
Do you at least have a shared folder on B?
Check the sharing permissions and NTFS rights (right-click => properties on the folder => allow "everyone" to read)
Maybe the "guest" account needs to be enabled (control panel => user management)
