Hello,
I am very embarrassed because I can no longer find my code to unlock my iPhone 5S and I cannot access the "Touch ID" option. I absolutely need my code to use my iPhone. This problem happened because I wanted to disable the "Passcode and Touch ID" option and I couldn't remember the code to disable it. Failed 6 times resulting in a blocked iPhone.
I tried calling Apple but it's Saturday and at this time they're closed.
I wanted to restore the iPhone via iTunes but iTunes asks me to disable the "Find My iPhone" option in iCloud in order to proceed, which I cannot do on my iPhone because it is blocked.
So if anyone can help me find a solution (website, software, manipulation...) I am open to any suggestions as I am completely lost..

For restoration,
He has a method that involves downloading the firmware yourself. Then open iTunes and hold SHIFT while clicking on the restore button and select the downloaded firmware
If that doesn’t work, you need to put it in DFU mode:
Turn off the iPhone, connect it to the computer, activate the computer sound, press the HOME + POWER buttons until the Apple logo disappears (a sound should occur), release the power button while continuing to hold HOME until a sound occurs or "iTunes detects an iPhone in recovery mode". Then hold SHIFT and click to select the downloaded firmware.
