Alcatel 4028 and 4068 on IP

Hello everyone,

In my company, we've recovered quite a few of these IP phones.
The problem is that the phones won't start; all the lights turn on and
remain frozen.
I've tested some key combinations to attempt a hard reboot, but
I don't think I did the right thing.

Does anyone have a solution?

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 8.0

The device is dead and non-recoverable.
I had the same problem.
A telephone technician confirmed it to me.

It may be due to a brief power outage.
Alcatel IP Touch phones, especially the 4028 and 4038, are more sensitive to this kind of issue than the 4018.
