Hello everyone,
Some time ago, I purchased the Sims 3 Hidden Springs expansion pack. Inside, there is only an installation code, but no CD. I managed to install it, but due to a problem (which had nothing to do with The Sims), I had to format my computer. I no longer had the games on it, which I reinstalled without issue. The only hitch is the Sims 3 Hidden Springs; I can’t re-download it because the code has already been used. I was wondering if there is a solution, or if I just lost the 20 or 30€ I spent on the game.

    Normally, Hidden Springs is in your purchase history on your Sims 3 account, which allows you to re-download it.
    You bought it, so it's obvious that you can use it as many times as you want, just like with a CD. You didn't pay €20 for a single use.

      Phew, I expected this answer but still, I'm quite disappointed. Anyway, I don't know if I'm going to buy it again (I can honestly do without it!) and since The Sims 4 should be coming out soon, we'll see what it's like before buying more expansion packs for The Sims 3! Thanks anyway :)
