Disable Asus OC Tuner

Hello.
I went for a quick look in my BIOS this morning, and I noticed this feature: OC Tuner. Without thinking, I activated it. After rebooting my PC, I noticed that my CPU frequency was going much higher than usual. Being very wary of overclocking, I decided to reset my BIOS to default. However, nothing works, and the overclocking is still present. Do you have any idea how to disable it?

My setup:
CPU: Intel i5 2500 3.30 GHz base (up to 4.1 with OC)
Motherboard: P8Z68-V PRO/GEN 3
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws 2x2 Go 1333MHz

Thank you for your help,
best regards.

    Hello

When you go into your BIOS, set the normal mode on the first page if none of the three are activated. Then go into advanced mode, choose the DOCP mode in AI Overclock Tuner, and set your RAM to 1333 MHz in one of the windows below. If the frequency has been changed, save the changes and reboot.

I have already tried to reset my BIOS, but no matter how much I save, the changes don't stick.
