No sound on my tablet Solved

Question

Good evening,  My new tablet Acer Iconia B1-710 that I got just a few days ago suddenly no longer makes any sound since this morning, except when I plug in headphones; that's the only way I can listen to my music. Otherwise, nothing, the speakers seem to be not working anymore.  I adjusted the volume, exited silent mode, restarted the tablet, uninstalled all the new applications, and nothing works.  Is there something I can try to fix this?

good evening try to:  restart the tablet  disable / re-enable Bluetooth  perform a factory reset of the tablet....  if it still doesn't work, return to customer service

Good evening, my tablet fixed itself. I just disabled Bluetooth, disconnected it from all devices, then I turned off automatic updates, and restarted my tablet, leaving it closed for a bit. When I opened it again, I simply plugged in my headphones with the microphone, and it worked. Then, I removed my headphones, and it worked again. I'm not sure, but maybe if you do the same things I did, your tablet will also get fixed. Good luck!?

I found the solution: you need to restart your phone or tablet and you will get the sound; however, I don't know where this problem comes from.
