GPS malfunction

Hello,

I won a KLIPAD GPS with BAKKER, it was working fine until this morning, I turned it off normally and when I tried to turn it back on, it crashed, it tells me pmp.éxé. What should I do to get it working again?

Procedure to unlock Navigation (GPS) on the KLIPAD 4328
(provided by email ***@***)

GPS MAP SETTING

TURN ON THE GPS

PRESS "SETTINGS"

PRESS THE RED ARROW

PRESS "NAV PATH"

PRESS THE ARROW LOCATED ON THE GRAY RECTANGLE (to the right of Navigator)

DOUBLE-CLICK RAPIDLY ON THE RESIDENT FLASH ICON

DOUBLE-CLICK RAPIDLY ON THE SECOND MOBILE-NAVIGATOR ICON

DOUBLE-CLICK RAPIDLY ON THE THIRD MOBILE NAVIGATOR ICON

CLICK ON THE GRAY SQUARE AT THE BOTTOM LEFT (to the left of Navigating Parks), to display a green mark in the square.

CLICK ON THE WHITE SQUARE AT THE TOP RIGHT

CLICK ON THE CIRCLE AT THE TOP RIGHT

CLICK ON NAVIGATION

My GPS is not working anymore, it shows pmp.exe in English. Thank you, if you can help me.
