How to create a virtual machine on Windows 7 - 32 bits

Good evening,
I have a laptop running Windows 7 - 64 bits and I would like to create a virtual machine running Windows 7 - 32 bits

For your information, I had created a virtual machine with XP but I always have to switch from one machine to another, which is annoying...
I need a machine running Windows 7 - 32 bits because I want to install all my applications (both recent and older) without changing the operating system

All you need to do is find an installation CD image or even the actual installation CD of a 32-bit Windows 7, and install your virtual system with this CD/image, and your virtual machine will be in 32-bit.
Of course, you will also need an activation key.
