I would like to know if anyone can help me and tell me if this clothing site is reliable? Because I wanted to order from there but I'm hesitant as I don't see any phone number indicated... :/

Nelly is a very good site, I've been ordering only from this site for nearly 2 years. You can order without any problem.

I went all the way to payment by simulating an order and everything seems to be running smoothly...
Many online merchants do not have a phone platform related to various customer inquiries (small business structures) and therefore prefer to have customer relations via email.

I confirm the site seems serious. BUT I found comments that suggest the customer service is below par (follow-up, delays, refunds).

Complaints are on a Dutch site, I doubt it will be of use to you unless you understand that language :-)

Nelly is a great site, I have placed several orders with them and I have always been very satisfied. Lots of choices in styles and colors, the products really have a good quality/price ratio even during sales, there are still many sizes available. The customer service is excellent, I have never had any problems with refunds, returns, and delivery is always within a maximum of 1 week with package tracking, you also have the option to choose express delivery in 1 to 3 days although I have never tested it.

In any case, it remains my favorite site for buying outfits, the products truly match the photos! Green thumbs up and another green thumbs up!
