How to access the BIOS on Acer Aspire V5 Windows 8

So I spent all night trying to access the BIOS of an Acer Aspire V5 571..

F2, F12, delete at boot forget it, it doesn't work

After hours of trying I found on a forum the combination Alt + F10 at boot => I accessed the repair menu finally

I'll make it short but nothing worked in this menu

Restoration, reinitialization, etc.. everything crashes midway => so no more Windows boot, the Acer welcome screen relaunches every 2 minutes and nothing responds => this is starting to smell bad

In the advanced settings of the repair menu (Alt + F10) I access a command prompt

I created a bootable USB stick, but no access to the BIOS or the boot menu, I can't change the boot order

So in the command prompt I navigate to the USB drive D like this => cd D/ D:\ => then setup.exe

(If by chance the USB key is not in drive D, to find out, launch diskpart and type list volume to find the USB drive letter)

The Windows installation program starts, the part is won

I'm posting this because I struggled so much searching that if it can help a few.
