Hello.

My computer freezes when it gets to the loading screen: "Starting Windows...".
The loading is infinite, and when I restart and try safe mode, it gets stuck at loading aswRvrt.sys.
I've tried the Repair Startup option but it doesn't work...

I've tried to restore the system but again, it doesn't work.
I'm starting to think that it's a virus that's causing my problems...

Can you please help me?
Thank you very much for your assistance!

See you.

Hello,

Just Joe's-HELP how did you rename all the .sys files to .old since you didn't have access to your machine?

Thank you.
Best regards.

It's useless; if you do that, your system will no longer boot. The idea of renaming the drivers only applies to those that are not absolutely necessary for the system to function. However, the majority of the drivers present are essential. Renaming them will thus completely destroy your system, and you can say goodbye to any hope of repairing it without having to reinstall everything.

Hi,

The easiest way is with the Malekal Live CD: https://www.malekal.com/malekal-live-cd-reparer-depanner-pc-windows/
or connect the hard drive to another computer with a portable USB reader for example (it costs around 15 euros).

Could you recommend a portable USB flash drive? I don't quite understand what it looks like unless we can transfer data to another computer with IDE or SATA connectivity.
