my niece played on my computer and I don't know what she did but since then there is a white line moving from right to left and from left to right with "smartimage on" on one side and "smartimage off" on the other. I read that you need to press a button on the screen, but the stress is that the buttons on my screen do not work.

That's it, just press and hold the first touch button on the left side of the screen for a few seconds, thanks to you.
