I can no longer save a file (modifying an existing one or new...)
the messages I receive:
new file:
"unable to save to this location. Choose a different location."
modifying an existing file:
"unable to save or create this file. Check that the disk where you want to save the file is not full, write-protected, or damaged..."
Can you help me? thank you ;)

problem solved...
I used the disk check options in the WS File Manager
right-click + Properties + Tools + Check for errors
I checked both boxes (repair... and Attempt recovery...)
and now it's working! -
Hello,
What do you want to save it on? On a folder on your PC's hard drive or on a removable drive (USB, external hard drive)? From the message you're receiving, it seems you no longer have any available space at the desired location (the hard drive is probably full). You should do a good cleanup and delete files you no longer need, like large video or photo files, or save them on a removable drive (USB stick or external hard drive). I'm not a computer expert, but there are solutions to increase your PC's storage capacity, though they come at a cost, so you should inquire at a computer store about that.
We've invested in external hard drives; we back up all our photos and videos on them to free up space on the PC's hard drive. -
Hello Zalyrr
I want to save on my hard drive (D drive) where I have 157GB left out of a total of 195GB, so no space issues...
I regularly back up (especially photos - on dedicated external drives)
