Hello my friends.
I am a young beginner engineer, and I would like to know the difference between the schedules: regular, continuous, and shift.
Can someone help me?

    Normal = from 8 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM
    Continu = from 9 AM to 4 PM with a 20-minute lunch break
    Shift = neither one nor the other, therefore flexible and variable.
