I can't download IMVU on my computer.

Hello, I need help because recently I restored my Packard Bell computer (Windows 7) because it was lagging too much, and before I restored it, IMVU was on my computer and was working perfectly. After restoring my computer, I tried to reinstall IMVU, and when starting the installation, after clicking "Run," it tells me that the installation is not possible, with a small window saying "Download failed." I find this strange and it annoys me a bit because I used to go on IMVU often and it's frustrating not being able to access it anymore. Could I please get some help?

    Hello :)
    So, what you need to do is download LiveUpdate SetUp (to be able to play IMVU). Then, after you download it, you open your IMVU file and it will no longer say "Download Failed" and it will download everything by itself :)

    P.S.: I just tried it and I can play IMVU now :3

    I have exactly the same issue. You just need to change your server. Use Google Chrome or Safari! :)
