Canon MX340 [document in CAD]

Hello,

I have a small question regarding my CANON MX340 printer.
This morning, when I turned it on, an error message appeared (Document in CAD).
I pressed "Ok".
It then displayed:
(Close the feeder panel [Ok] Eject the document)
So I pressed [ok]. And it ejected a blank sheet, and nothing more...

And it keeps showing the same thing...
But there is no paper in my printer, and all the panels are properly closed...

So I'm stuck...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 29.0.1547.76

      J'ai eu cette erreur plusieurs fois, j'arrive toujours à la résoudre, mais quand cela se reproduit, j'oublie ce que j'ai fait ! Ça vient d'arriver encore ce soir après que mon petit de 4 ans se soit lancé dans une frénésie de photocopies de jouets, et cette fois j'ai mis le correctif en favori !

      1. Éteignez l'imprimante.
      2. Appuyez sur le bouton Stop pendant 2 secondes et maintenez-le enfoncé.
      3. Appuyez sur le bouton On, maintenez-le enfoncé et relâchez le bouton Stop.
      4. Appuyez sur le bouton Stop 5 fois puis relâchez-le en même temps que le bouton On.
      5. L'écran LCD s'éteindra et ça va se réinitialiser.
      6. L'ordinateur détectera un nouveau matériel, ignorez-le.
      7. Éteignez l'imprimante puis rallumez-la.


      J'ai aussi retiré mes cartouches et nettoyé les têtes après l'avoir rallumée. J'espère que cela vous aidera !
