How to regain health in GTA 5

Hello,

I would like to know how to recover health in GTA 5 because every time I die without even being able to regain health or have protection, that's it. Please respond to me as soon as possible, thanks.

    You look for a drink dispenser and for $1 (or $2, I can't remember) you regenerate your life.

    Hi,

    Life regenerates automatically over time.
    But you can still look for food, or find first aid kits (in certain apartments).
    Also buy bulletproof vests, they are really useful.

    Lol. No, I'm not a cheater, I just want to know the normal method to regain life, there must be one. I don't know, maybe you have to kill someone and take their life, I don't know, but please help me.

    I don't think vampirism is implanted in GTA...

      Go to the interaction menu, then inventory, then snacks, and choose what you want.
