How to use your internet connection remotely?

Hello,

I have been in a university residence for a few days now and I have access to the internet via an RJ 45 cable but unfortunately under RENATER... So, internet access is very limited, and I am unable to check my online bank account, my emails, my schedule, and much more...
P2P-type VPNs or CyberGhost should be avoided as they are ineffective.

I have heard here and there that it is possible to use your home connection (point A: at my parents' house) remotely as long as you have internet access (point B: university residence).
So, I wanted to know if there are any tutorials, if there is someone who has done it or knows how to do it, how?

I am not looking to access my computer (point A) remotely but only to access my connection.

I also have a few questions;
- Will the box at point A need to be left on all the time?
- Will this method allow me to bypass RENATER?
- Will the delay be reduced?

There you go, I hope I have been clear in my remarks, and if I have not been, I am open to any clarifications. And I hope to get some answers!

Thank you in advance.

Oh okay, if I understand correctly, I'll need to use the PC at my parents' house to access the connection?
So I'll have to keep that PC constantly turned on, which is unlikely to happen since my parents will turn it off. Not great for the electricity bill...
I skimmed through the link, and it seems to explain things well. I'll give it a try; you never know!

As for the second link, RENATER has already blocked it... But being anonymous (from what I've understood about this software) will really help me bypass this proxy?

Yes, it will be very useful to you since Renater will no longer see what is transmitted to your computer.
