How to zoom out

Hello, I have a Windows 8 laptop and I accidentally zoomed in with the mouse like on a phone by pulling outwards, but to zoom out I tried the other way by pulling inwards and it doesn't work, it stays zoomed in all the time...

I tried using the magnifier but it doesn't change anything, I can only zoom in even more, it seems like the computer is set up this way now, but it only happens in Firefox and a specific browser game; all other sites are normal, I don't understand.

If someone understands the issue and could help me, that would be great because I've tried everything and I'm not super skilled with computers ^^

    Hello, try ctrl scroll the mouse backward or ctrl and the - key.

    Me, everything on my screen is completely zoomed in and I can't fix it!!! (I'm on Windows 8.0)
