Infection = MàJ de Zone Alarm impossible ? Résolu

Bonjour,
C'est la première fois que je participe à un forum... et surtout que je n'arrive pas à me débarasser de mon problème.
Config : 
Windows XP + Firefox2 + Zone Alarm Antivirus + A2 free + SpywareBlaster  + SpyBot + Adaware 

Alors voilà deux problèmes :
1 - des pages publicitaires intempestives que je ne peux contrôlées, et qui ne sont pas détectées dans mes différents scans !
2 - J'ai mis ZAAV (sous licence) à jour ; à partir de ce moment-là mon PC redémarre jusqu'au bureau windows, puis message d'erreur sur fond bleu - mais trop rapide pour le lire - puis le PC s'éteint et redémarre, en boucle !!!
J'ai redémarré en mode sans échec, décoché le lancement de ZAAV au démarrage, et tout fonctionne normalement ... sauf que je n'ai plus ni pare-feu ni antivirus ... Une broutille ! Warf !

Alors qu'est-ce que je dois faire pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre ?
