Ringtone that changes by itself (with each restart)

Hello, I have a Wiko Cink Five and I chose a ringtone but every time I restart the phone, it resets to the default ringtone. I have already looked on several forums and even though the ringtone is in the internal memory, it still happens.

android 4.1.2

    Solution found (on my own): check for updates + create a new custom audio profile.

    Hello!

    I'm on a Wiko Stairway and I have exactly the same problem! I've set a notification ringtone for my texts, and when I restart, the ringtone goes back to default... Have you found a solution?
