Hello,
I found a friend from college on fb. We have become "friends". The question is, who invited whom first? Is there a way with the history or an option somewhere to get this information?

    Hello Facebook automatically invites friends of friends and we end up with a lot of people we don't know. It's impossible to know who the original one is.

      It just shows you people you might know, in no way does it invite someone without asking you.

      Hello again,
      Nothing happened without my knowledge. But I don't remember if it was him who invited me or if I invited him. That's my question.
      I found in the history that we became friends on December 29, 2012, but I can't find out if it was my friend or me who sent the invitation. That's the info I'm looking for.

      To my knowledge, it is not possible to have any trace of such things.

      Unless you received an email at that time:

      Like "So-and-so wishes you to join their group of friends," then it means that So-and-so sent the invitation.
