Hello, I have a HAIER LED TV model LET39C800HF with a headphone jack on the side.
After plugging it in, I still have sound coming from the TV speakers and I haven't found anything in the manual about activating headphone mode.

    Hello, I have a Haier TV. Are you sure you have connected your headphone cable correctly with the right jack? I plug it directly in and the sound comes through the headset, nothing simpler. Maybe you have a problem, then contact customer service.
