How to disable fortinet on my pc

Hello, I'm stuck with my PC. I don't know who installed Fortinet on my machine. I need some tips to work better. I can't open my files
it's unbelievable or if I can bypass it.

    Go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Find Fortinet and uninstall it.

      I have the same problem and I couldn't find the site on my PC so that I can delete it.
