j'ai aussi une autre information je ne sais pas si elle sera utile mais c'est depuis que j'ai mis a jour zone alarm (que j'ai desinstallé depuis) que le message d'erreur avec le compte a rebour est apparu.

je ne pense pas que cela a véritablemnet un lien mais comme je ne suis pas très calé en informatique...on ne sait jamais!

ma theorie c'est que zone alarm a ouvert un port pour recevoir les mise ajour et c'est de la que certain vers et autre malware ont profité de l'ocasion pour infiltré ton ordi :p et comme ton ordi n'est pas ajour alors ils ont exploité les faille pour declancher le compt a rebours

j'ai effectué les test et je vais installer kerio personal firewall 4.3.744 (j'avais la version 2)

apparement tout fonctionne impeccablement!!

de rien :)

pour finir quelque conseils de base :

* Ne pas telecharger n'importe quoi eviter les programes gratuit genre smileys , messenger skinner ...ect

*eviter les site porno et sites de cracks

* Toujour analyser les fichiers telecharger depuis un peer to peer (emule , kazza ... ect) avant de les executer

* Ne pas ouvrir les pieces jointes d'un expediteur inconnu et toujour les analysé avant de les ouvrir

* Toujour analysé les fichiers recu via msn ou autre avec ton antivirus

* Ne pas cliqué sur des lien louche dans msn

* Passe reglierement les antispyware (adaware , spybot , avg .. ect) pense a les mettre ajour avant de les lancé c'est tres important

* Supprime regulierement les fichiers inutiles (fichiers temporaire , cookies .. ect) a l'aide de CCleaner https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/

* Utiliser le navigateur Mozzilla il est plus sure http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/products/firefox/

-Maintenant que ton ordinateur est propre je te conseille de creer un point de restauration comme ca en cas de probleme (virus , plantage ..ect) tu poura tjr revenir en arriere

J'ai lu l'échange que tu as eu avec chuba pour son problème d'ordinateur qui s'éteind tout seul, Trés pratique ...
Enfin, il se trouve que j'ai le même soucis mais sp2 ne veut pas s'installer et Kerio non plus d'ailleurs.
Aurais tu une idée d'où cela peu bien venir?
J'ai pu en revanche effectuer l'étape 1 de smitfraud si cela te parle..

Mais c'est en anglais alors, j'ai rien compris ... Enfin j'ai cliqué par ici et par là : )
Voici le résultat ...( cela correspond à trois fenêtres différentes, j'ai préféré tout mettre parce que franchement je suis perdus)
Je précise aussi que:
mon ordi ne coupe plus de manière intempestive
J'ai bien kerio malgrés le message d'erreur
En revanche ma connexion internet , ce coupe quand ça lui chante( j'ai un autre ordi branché lui au moyen de l'usb et qui ne coupe pas lui, et le téléphone non plus ...)

ok je supose que t'as plus de redemarrage intempsive puisque tu as reussi a installer kerio

cependant il faut absolument mettre a jour ton ordi

Effectivement, je n'ais plus de redémarage intempestif, cependant pour les mises à jour , impossible...

2 messages apparaissent celon la manière d'effectuer les mises à jour:

1/ lorsque l'ordi me propose des mises à jour automatique disponiblent

j'imagine que celui qui m'a prété l'ordi utilise aussi cette clé sur le sien...C'est ce que j'ai crus comprendre lors de la validation!

Mais je ne comprend pas pourquoi la connection internet ce coupe toute seul. Celà peut il avoir un rapport ? pour la rétablir, il faut soit que je reboute mon modem soit que je redémarre l'ordi (ça marche pas toujours )
