How to make a file readable and non-duplicable at the same time?

Hello everyone ...
So ... I need to lend a very important file via a USB stick ... however ... I would like this file to be readable but NOT DUPLICABLE ... in other words, that one can enjoy its content but not make a copy of it!
I have no idea how to achieve this!
The file should be transferable (from the USB stick to the borrower's PC, for example) but should not be duplicable .. this would mean that the file disappears from the USB stick at the moment it appears on the PC (it only gets moved ... it does not get duplicated ... and if a duplication command is requested --> the application is simply denied (or only allowed under the provision of a password, if necessary))
To summarize: only one copy of the lent file, no matter what!
(PS: I would like to be the only one able to duplicate this file because I might need to lend it to several people at the same time)

Sorry if I sound like I'm repeating the same things multiple times as if I'm talking to children .. but what I want is quite technical and precise .. and I want to ensure that you fully understand my request from the outset.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you very much for these 2 extremely rich and interesting tutorials... but here's the thing... I don't think they solve my problem... because I believe (only having read the articles... I haven't tested anything yet) that the protected file depends on the PC configured in the two cases you proposed (in other words, the protection of my file exclusively depends on my PC). What I would like (and I don't know how this is feasible) is for the anti-copy protection to be purely attached to the file... it shouldn't be a function of the PC that protects the file, but the file itself contains its own anti-copy protection.
For example: I give you a USB stick with a video of the Airbus A350 plans... you could put this file on your computer and read it, but you would not be able to copy this video in any case (in other words, transferring the file from the USB stick to your computer would be allowed, but that implies that the copy on the USB stick would be automatically deleted --> file impossible to duplicate --> only move).
As for the second solution you proposed, it could work for me if I copy the file myself onto the person's PC and configure their PC directly so that the file can't leave... but I can't imagine asking the person: "Excuse me... can you leave me alone for 5 minutes with your computer?"
In any case, thank you very much for your two proposals... there's no doubt that they might help me
keep advising me if you have any ideas.
Thank you all.
