Windows 8 probleme crusader kings 2

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème depuis que j'ai acheter un ordi portable avec Windows 8
j'ai installé crusader Kings 2 mais quand je le lance il me dis qu'il manque "d3dx9_41"
j'ai cherché sur mon ancien pc, il se trouve dans Windows/Système32 et Windows/SystemWOW64
