Hello,
I hope I can make myself understood regarding my issue...
It turns out that recently, when I open a site from a link, a bookmark, desktop shortcut, etc...
The necessary window only opens halfway on my screen (laptop), and I have to click MAXIMIZE in the top right corner. It's quite annoying. I didn't have this problem before.
I went into Internet Explorer and set the window to open MAXIMIZED in "properties,"
applied it, clicked OK, and it still doesn't work.
I've already looked online a bit for what people say about it and I can't find an answer.
That's why I'm reaching out to you again, in case someone might have a solution?
Thank you for reading and maybe helping me?
It would be really nice. Thanks in advance! Violyne
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 10.0

Bumping! Just to confirm that with an update on my end, it worked.
I often use the "View windows side by side" feature * for example to bid without wasting time on eBay in the last seconds.
* right click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
To return to full screen I close one window, and I do the same operation again: right click on taskbar, display windows full screen (since there's only one window, it goes full screen).
Generally, that’s enough, but sometimes it isn't!
So for the umpteenth time, I searched again, where you always find the same answers: "property, enlarged" and other dubious tricks...
Then I came across cristali's answer (thanks by the way), so I did an update and miraculously, all my windows now open wide \°/
If someone has an answer to why that would be great.
I will wait a few days to confirm the solution; if the problem comes back, I will let you know ;-)
