Reading impossible during call?! help please

Hello,
I made some videos with my device, the Samsung Galaxy S3, but when I try to watch them it says playback not possible during a call even though I'm not calling anyone and I'm not listening to music (just to clarify: I'm abroad). I don't know if that makes a difference (?).

      You just need to restart your phone; it's a common error code on this device and there is currently no solution other than restarting.
