MS Project: hide non-working periods

Hello,

For my project, I created a specific calendar. Days off from Monday to Friday and working days on Saturday and Sunday.
The problem is that when I schedule a task over 4 days (in other words, 2 weekends), I end up with a continuous line from Saturday to Sunday of the following week.

I want to hide the off period between the 2 weekends without having to split the task.

Thank you in advance, hoping I have been clear enough

Max

But this is how a Gantt chart is displayed: working days in one color, non-working days in another color! Check with a regular calendar ...

Ah, that's unfortunate. Indeed, on a regular calendar, the days off are a different color (I saw one, once, above my grandmother's fridge in the spring of 1992 if I remember correctly). Anyway, if MS Project can't meet my request, I'm going to switch software.
      Thank you anyway.
