Hello,
As per the title, I would like to know how to open the back cover of the Nokia 100 to install the battery and SIM card.
P.S.: Never opened (new)
I have looked at several forums and websites with various instructions, but I can't manage to open it.
And when I see this kind of video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEpMAKd3uhQ (at 2 minutes 22 seconds), he opens the phone without any problem.

It seems difficult at first glance, but having succeeded myself, I will give you the solution. First of all, don’t force it, as I accidentally damaged my Nokia 100.
Press firmly with both thumbs in the middle of the front panel and bring it down at the same time. You will feel a slight bending of the plastic inward towards the device. That’s it.
If you have a tip for the "front panel", let me know. Thank you.
