Bonjour,
Mon portable, un GS3, est bloqué sur la page de téléchargement du mode usine.
Aucune action possible (même pas éteindre)
Voici ce qui est affiché :

System status : official
Downloding
Do not turn off target !!

Il me semble que ton téléphone est donc en train de télécharger et qu'il ne faut pas l'éteindre jusqu'à la fin du téléchargement. -
enlève la batterie et redémarre
tu est seulement sur le mode download
