Hello...
I have two types of errors when I launch the game, how do I resolve them?
1. Application Error - D3D Error: Your monitor's aspect ratio of 16:9 is incompatible with this game
2. Unsupported Graphics Card - Your system does not have enough video memory to run this game. Close some applications and try again.
My computer is far superior to the recommended performance
Aspire V3 771G
Intel Core i7-3632QM 2.2GHz with turbo Boost up to 3.2GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M
16GB DDR3 Memory

The solution: in the search bar on Windows, type “%appdata%” and only one file will appear (Roaming). Open it and look for MKKE, then open the latter and open the text document “dxdiag” and change the number assigned to “Dedicated Memory” to 1024. Then save it, close it, and right-click on this document (dxdiag) and check the read-only option. There you go, you can now play :) Peace

Thank you, the game was working until I switched to my TV screen, then the game stopped working even when I returned to my computer screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but nothing worked until I read your advice. I went to Roaming and discovered that the uninstaller didn't delete the MKKE, so I deleted it and reinstalled the game, and everything worked wonderfully. Thank you.

Essaye ceci :

Super, thanks for this help. I had the same problem, strangely enough this issue, I think it must come from playing on a laptop.
