Language issue Rome II Total War Emperor Edition

Hello everyone!
I have Rome 2 Total War and I wanted to switch it to Russian because I am a Russian speaker. So, I right-clicked in Steam > Properties > Language > Russian and downloaded it.
Now I have the help voices, writings, and all menus in Russian. The only problem is: the in-battle voices are in English... I assume we can change them to Russian since in the French version it works and the voices are in French...
Please let me know how I can do this :) !

    It seems that the game's developers may not have done their job thoroughly; this is often the case with several games. I think they must have worked on the "main voices" like "English, French, German"; however, I don't have the game, so I don't know more than you, my dear friend! :)
