Hello,
I have been using CDburnerXP to burn data DVDs for some time now, which allows me to make backups.
But recently, the burning process is no longer working. The disk spins and is detected as having about 4GB of free space, but when I start the burning, it stops after about a minute.
I get this message "hresult exception: 0x80040275"
I have tried restarting the computer and changing DVDs, but nothing works.
What should I do? I don't know how to approach solving this problem.
I am on Windows 7

You just need to go to the control panel, then to device manager, and then you delete your burner. Once that's done, you restart your PC. It will reinstall the burner, and everything will return to normal!!
