Hello,
I have this message that appears during the boot of my computer (Windows 7 Home Edition, I believe)
I haven't done anything whatsoever (like installing Linux on my computer as I've seen in many topics)
The only thing I can do is: Ctrl Alt Del. This takes me back to the very beginning of the boot where I have the option to press F2 / F12

Thank you for your help!

(I can't get the computer to start at all; it freezes every time.)

Thank you very much for these exchanges on the forum. Haekos' advice really helped me this morning. I had the same problem and being remote working, I was very anxious about not being able to turn on the computer. By removing the USB key that was plugged in, the computer restarted normally. Thank you.
