Webcam issues on chatroulette/bazoocam

Hello,
I'm contacting you because on chatroulette sites like bazoocam that I use, I can no longer see my interlocutors. It's the same on omegle...
For some time now, I had to reset my box (bbox) while connected to bazoocam in order to see my contacts again.
And for the past 2-3 days, even doing that, I can't see the other cams. Except for the cams coming from Maghreb countries. So I don't know where this is coming from and especially what to do.
For your information, when I can't see the person, it says "webcam loading".
