I don't know, I don't speak Dutch.
But it sure looks like it!

Hi,
What do you mean by that?
Seriously? ...like well-made? ...like reliable? ...or?
Since it's in Dutch, it's hard to get an idea apart from the fact that he sells plants...

Thank you for your responses. Actually, I was being serious about the reliability because I want to order products (seeds) available only on this site. This site seems serious to me (Facebook page, various videos on YouTube, the address seems correct, many favorable reviews in Dutch on several sites). I will place my order in 2-3 days.
There remains the issue of purchasing and importing certain varieties of plants: it seems to me that some are "prohibited" for mysterious reasons, including their exclusion from an official list.
What I mean is: you are allowed to grow them for personal use. In principle, their commercialization is prohibited. The result here could be a seizure at customs :-/

Since this is a commercial operation, the seller must fill out paperwork... Controlled all the time, I'm not sure but our Dutch friends have the reputation of a wide variety of plants that might interest our customs officers ;-)
