Mot de passe oublié

salut,
j'ai un dell latitude, j'ai mis un mot de pass bios et maintenant j'ai l'oublié, mon pc n'arrive pas à s'ouvfrir, au demarrage il y a un message comme suit:
"The computer system, #5YW6F0J_595B, is protected by a password autentification, You cannot acces the data on this computer without the correct password". quelqu'un peut m'aider.
