Hello

I would like to know if anyone has the postal address for the website: www.annuairetel247.fr
I have sent them several emails asking to be removed from their directory but have received no response
I am surprised that they display not only my name and phone number but also my personal address knowing that I am on the silent list.
I would like to send them a registered letter
Thank you for your reply

    Hello,

I complained to the CNIL, their response: the data controller (www.annuairetel247.fr) Mr. Bjorn REMM (INSULINDESTRAAT 48921 JW Leeuwarden Netherlands) is established in another member state: I have thus written to the Netherlands,

(which corresponds to the CNIL in France) / Data Protection Authority / Prins Clauslaan 20 / Postbus 93374 / 2509 AJ The Hague NETHERLANDS.

The response from the Netherlands: They forward complaints to the data protection authorities in Berlin, (there are several complaints coming from France). Because in the whois details inquiry, they discovered that the owner of the domain name hides his identity. They found a phone number in the name of Mr. Bjorn that corresponds to a German number. So they are forwarding complaints like mine.

The more of us there are to write to them, the more we will be able to make our information disappear. I am also on the Do Not Call list and yet my name, address, and phone number appear on that cursed site.

I also have the address to file a complaint directly by email in Berlin, the address is https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de//

For November, I know that there are already 2 complaints from French nationals, the more there are, the more they will take action to delete our personal data.

      Thank you and good luck

        Hello,
how did you manage to file a complaint on a German site? I don't speak the language and I'm unable to figure out where to go on your link.
        Thank you.

      Hello

You need to use Google Translate by pasting the link from the German to French, you will then see that the last tab at the top right is for privacy complaints

Here is a poor translation but sufficient.
Inside this block, there are clickable links that you need to open and then search for your case; I just found the email for privacy, but I haven't checked everything yet.

      Entry / complaints

Do you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, or do you want to obtain information about the handling of your personal data, you must first contact the body responsible for data processing (authority or private companies) to resolve the issue. This does not apply if you - for example, an employee - fear disadvantages. As a correspondence aid, we have prepared for you some letters in our data service history.

If you are unsuccessful in your efforts or are otherwise not satisfied with the outcome, you have the option to turn to an entry/complaint to the competent supervisory authority for data protection. For the processing of your entry, the following information may be helpful or necessary:

      Your name and address,
Your phone number, if you agree to a call,
Statement of where you believe the data is not being processed correctly (for government agencies, possibly the reference number of the state)
Indication of the facts on which you are complaining (What data was processed incorrectly? When and by whom? In what way?)
What steps have you taken in the meantime to remedy the situation? How did the mentioned sites react?
If possible, attach photocopies and writings that establish the facts.

Brochure - entry to the data protection officer

Do you want to complain about privacy violations within the authorities of Berlin and data processing by private entities based in Berlin because you received incomplete information or were completely denied, you can contact the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Unfortunately, the control and monitoring of compliance with data protection laws in Germany are not organized in a centralized manner. It is perceived rather according to the federal structure of the country by several independent bodies. To find your local contact for your privacy concern, we have put together an overview of the data protection monitoring structure in Germany for you.
