You have two solutions, one of which involves cheating.
First solution:
You will first need to develop the following skills:
- Gardening up to level 7.
- Cooking to maximum level.
- Fishing up to level 8.
Then, you need to obtain the Ambrosia recipe, a death fish, and life fruits.
Next, go to the bookstore and buy the Ambrosia recipe (12,000 simoleons), and you will also need to go to the grocery store and buy cheese.
Use the cheese as bait to catch the Catfish.
You will use this to fish for a Deathfish.
Between midnight and 4 AM, you need to go to the cemetery, where there is a small pond.
Mist will emanate from the pond, and you should fish using the Deathfish.
As long as the mist is visible, you will have a chance to catch a Deathfish.
Once you're done, you will need to visit the Catacombs until you find a special seed.
You must plant it and care for it until it matures and produces fruit.
15 virtual days later, if you're lucky, it will be a life tree.
Otherwise, you will need to restart the exploration of the Catacombs to find another special seed.
However, you can try to fulfill your long-term wish; once you have 40,000 reward points, you can buy the Collection Manager, which will show you where you can get the special seed.
As soon as you have your tree, harvest the life fruits from the life tree.
Then you will need to prepare the Ambrosia recipe.
Once your sim has tasted it, their age meter will be reset, and they will also receive a +75 mood boost for a week (Divine Meal).
Second solution:
Press the CTRL + SHIFT + C keys (at the same time) and then type in the input console at the top of your screen: TestingCheatsEnabled True
Hold down the Shift key and click on a sim.
Select the option "Edit Sim in Create a Sim".
You will then be free to choose your sim's $age and validate your changes.
