OMENEX USB Acquisition Box 491710

Hello, I would like to know the procedure for operating the acquisition box 491710, as I downloaded the software and the driver, but Windows does not recognize it.

    I had the same problem with the same equipment from Konig. It was supposed to work on XP according to the manufacturer, but I never managed to get it to work until recently when I downloaded a driver from the USA at Sabrent.
    Type in Google: USB-AVCPT-32bit-64bit-vista-win7
    I downloaded this driver since I had nothing to lose... and then... wow... I can capture with AVS RECORDER. I tried Virtualdub (free), but it seems a bit more complicated.
    AVS gives you a complete range of software: capture, editing, burning on CD/DVD, which is not bad at all. These are demo versions fully operational except that the final film has ads that appear in the middle of the image, apparently.
    The purchase of the license is inexpensive, but be careful, it can only be used on the computer that purchased the license. (license for one year, two years, or unlimited)
    Anyway, keep me informed of the follow-up

    Hello: Thank you François 74, I just had the problem resolved by my seller

    IT who admitted having had difficulties. He had to download

    another software from the internet because the Homenex software works for

    some boxes but not for others, it depends on the chip that is inside.
