EXCEL 2010: remove "Sort A to Z" from a column

Hello,
Can someone tell me how to remove the "Sort A to Z" filter in an Excel table column? I applied a filter and I wanted to sort by department from smallest to largest (numerically): nothing works and WORSE, I can't remove it!!!!

    You select the line where you have the arrows and in home select filter / filter
