PSP malfunction: when powered on, the screen lights up but stays white
the game seems to work as the sound is fine

can you help me?

    You need to turn on your PSP, and when it powers on, you have to press:
    select, start, triangle, and square at the same time until it restarts, and then you will have to reconfigure it, and it will work again or not
