Bonsoir,
Je n'ai pas été assez rapide à mettre en oeuvre les conseils de sécurité prodigués sur ce site et je retrouve mon Pc à nou veau infecté : les liens IE ne fonctionnent plus et je suis dirigée sur des sites où je n'ai pas demandé à aller :-(

Télécharge et installe AVG anti-spyware :
Tu fais un scan complet de ton système, dès qu'il a fini.
Si il te trouve des espions, supprime les. Enregistre le rapport et colle le ici stp
AVG anti-spyware : reste gratuit après la période d'essai en français

Télécharge ComboScan sur ton Bureau.

Ferme toutes les applications en cours.
Double-clique sur comboscan.exe pour lancer l'outil.
A la fenêtre de prévention, clique sur OK.
L'analyse peut prendre quelques minutes.
A la fenêtre indiquant la fin de l'analyse, clique sur OK.
Le rapport Comboscan.txt s'affichera, envoie ce rapport dans ta future réponse.
Note : Désactive ton pare-feu ainsi que ton antivirus lors de l'exécution de ComboScan.

¤ Télécharge SmitfraudFix (enregistre le sur le "bureau")

décompresse SmitfraudFix
Lance le fichier SmitfraudFix ou SmitfraudFix.cmd et choisit l option 1 copie le rapport ici stp
Télécharge sur ton bureau :

Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clics sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.
Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici.

Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec
- Ouvre le dossier "SmitfraudFix" et double clique sur "Smitfraudfix.cmd", choisit l 'option 2 et tu réponds oui à tout.
Enregistre le rapport puis copie et colle le rapport sur le forum stp.
ET
Ouvre le dossier Clean.
Double clic sur Clean puis choisis l'option 2 pour le nettoyage.
Laisse le faire, dès qu'il a terminé redémarre normalement.
Ensuite :
Télécharge lopxp :
http://perso.numericable.fr/~altshift/Info/Fichiers/lopxpMH2.zip
dézippe-le sur ton bureau puis double-clic sur le fichier "lopxpMH.bat"
quand il a terminé, un rapport s'ouvre : fait un copier-coller du rapport puis mets le ici

Merci pour ces rapports.
Tu peux jeter les trois utilitaires que je t'ai fait téléchargé.
¤ Clci sur démarrer, panneau de configuration, ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :
- JAVA (il peut y en avoir plusieurs)
¤ Clic sur démarrer, rechercher, tous les fichiers et dossiers, cherche et supprime ces fichiers :
- ipv6motp.dll
- MS_update_0612_KB74062.exe
****Si un fichier/dossier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
- Redémarre ton PC. Dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaître choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu..
Puis va supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vide ta corbeille et redémarre ton PC normalement.
¤ Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2(en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clique dessus et choisit "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.

As-tu supprimé l'autre fichier que je t'ai indiqué ? si oui ;
Télécharge ce fichier et double-clic dessus puis accepte la fusion au registre car le virus à mit un peu le bordel.

¤ Fait ceci :
Pour afficher tous les dossiers et fichiers cachés :
Clique sur "démarrer", "panneau de configuration", "outils" ,"option des dossiers", "affichage"

¤ afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
- Clique sur "appliquer" puis "ok"

Clic sur C:, Windows, system32, cherche et supprime :
- pvyguaaa.exe
Clic sur C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery et supprime :
- SmitfraudC6.zip.mwt

¤ Dès quer tu les as supprimé :
Alors ceci : C:\System Volume Information\_restore (voir rapport Kaspersky)
Indique que ta restauration du système etait infecté ou est infecté, pour être sûr, nous allons créer un point propre.
Clic sur "demarrer", clic droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du système"
¤ coches la case "désactiver la restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic ur "appliquer"
¤ décoches la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".
Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre :
Clic sur "démarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, clic sur "créer" puis "ok".
Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créé
Si un jour tu le décides, tu pourras revenir en arrière à la date que tu as créé ce point de restauration.
En exécutant la restauration du système tu pourras remettre ton ordinateur à la date ou l'on à créé ce point de restauration mais tu perdras les modifications que tu aura faites entre deux.
¤ Mets à jour ces deux anti-spywares et scanne complétement ton PC, supprime ce qu'ad-aware peut te trouver.

Bonsoir Boulepate,
Je viens de faire le ménage avec les 'produits' que tu m'as indiqués et j'ai créé un nouveau point de restauration.
Appremment la navigation sur IE semble fonctioner à nouveau.
J'ai fait tourner Hijackthis au cas où (ci-dessous le log).
Tu penses qu'il y a encore d'autres choses à faire ?

¤ Recommence un nettoyage complet avec CCleaner.
¤ Télécharge et installe Java dernière version
---> https://www.java.com/fr/download/manual.jsp
¤ Vérifie que ton pare-feu ne comporte rien d'anormal.
¤ Mise à jour
Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", tout en haut "Windows Update" puis télécharge toutes les mises à jour qu'il te trouve.
Tu peux refaire cette opération plusieurs fois à la suite, même si ton PC a redémarré, il se peut qu'il y en est encore.

¤ Télécharges Blacklight et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.

Double cliques sur " blbeta.exe " et acceptes la licence; clic sur "Scan" puis "Next"
Un rapport, va se créer sur ton bureau "fslb-....."
Copies et colles le contenu de ce rapport ici.
Ne touche à rien d'autre!

J'en suis à peine à la réinstallation de JAva. J'ai downloadé l'exécutable, mais je n'arrive pas à le lancer : j'ai un messager d'erreur qui dit qu'il ne peut pas s'exécuter en raison des paramètres du proxy.
Je n'arrive pas non plus à télécharger Blacklight.
Par ailleurs, le Pc a eu un mal fou à démarrer et je ne vois pas l'icone du parefu. Je vis redémarrer l'ordi pour faire une nouvelle tentative.

¤ Fait un nettoyage complet avec CCleaner (fichiers temporaires + registre.
¤ Regarde au niveau deton pare-feu si tout fonctionne correctement et supprime ce qui te parait suspect.
¤ Télécharge et installe ce logiciel : JkDefrag
Clic sur démarrer, tous les programmes, jkdefrag et laisse le travailler.
A faire deux fois de suite, puis redémarre le PC.

Bonsoir Boulepate,
J'ai refait tourner CCleaner et défragmenté (une fois pour l'instant mais c'est vraiment très long). Toujours impossible de réinstaller Java.
A chaque exécution, Ccleaner trouve le fichier suivant :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Logs\wbemess.log
Est-ce normal ?
Par ailleurs, le centre de sécurité windows m'indique qu'un parefeu est actif, mais :
- impossible d'afficher les paramètres du parefeu windows en passant par le panneau de config(message d'erreur 'en raison d'un problème non identifié...)
- le parefeu Norton qui apparaissait jusqu'à présent est signalé désactivé.
Tout ça ne me semble pas de très bon augure :-(

Le parefeu Symantec était déjà installé sur le PC quand je l'ai récupéré...
Je vais voir comment faire pour le remettre.
En attendant, je n'ai toujours pas pu réinstaller Java, ni télécharger Blacklight...
Mais j'ai exécuté Silent runners, voilà le log. Pourquoi disais-tu que c'était de la curiosité ?

C'est surement ton pare-feu Symantec qui fou le bordel.
Si tu l'as plus sur CD remplace le par un gratuit, puis une fois qu'il est désinstallé et essai de me dire si tu arrives à réinstaller Java et utiliser blacklight ;-)

Bon choix que tu as fait :-)
Il te reste plus que les mises à jour à faire, je ne sais plus si je te l'avais indiqué ;-)

Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", tout en haut "Windows Update" puis telecharge toutes les mises à jour qu'il te trouve.
Tu peux refaire cette opération plusieurs fois à la suite, même si ton PC aura redemarrer, car ton système est loin d'être à jour ;-)

Bonjour Boulepate,
J'ai commencé les MAJ de Windows. Mais quand je démarre le pc, si j'ouvre une session internet, je n'ai aucun pble de connexion alors que si je la ferme et que jen ouvre ensuite une 2ème (ou que j'esaie de refaire une MAJ windows), ça rame et ça finit par planter...
Il faudrait sans doute aussi que je défragmente le disque à nouveau peut-être ?

J'ai encore besoin de tes lumières...
Je n'ai pas réussi à résoudre mon problème de connexion,je n'accède pas aux sites internet lorsque Kerio est actif.
AVG antispyawre est actif aussi et il a un bouclier résident : tu penses qu'ils se concurrencent ?
En plus je pensais avoir fini le ménage sur le disque, mais AVG trouve un trace d'une menace 'Dropper agent b' qu'il ne me propose pas de supprimer mais simplement d'ignorer ?
J'avoue que je suis un peu perdue.
