Creating a photo board in Word

Hello,
Thank you for helping me: I am creating photo collages on a standard Word page size of 21 X 29.7. For example, I place 8 photos from my media library, I resize them, but I can't seem to add a title at the bottom of each photo like you can do in Picasa. If any of you know the "trick," thank you in advance. This allows me to avoid going to Picasa and transferring the boards to my documents to then retrieve them on Word for printing.
