Help me read an xspf file

Hello

I received an email that contains videos; this file is in xspf format. How can I open these videos, please help me.

    To summarize, this is a playlist, so this file should be accompanied by the video files. If you only have the XSPF file, then it's like you have "nothing" since the player will look for the attached files and not find them :(. Not being sure, as it might refer to files on the Web, I'll let you check your favorite search engine, like Google for example:
