I am still a customer with Free and when I go to my account with my account identifier (phone number) I can't see where I can migrate and even less when entering my email address it shows me an error

You log in with your phone number and password to "my account", then go to "internet", and click on "manage my account (with your email address)". You enter your password and in "management of your email accounts", you click on the last "migrate to the new free webmail beta tests", and a few days later (it took me 15 days), they send you an email to let you know it's done.

the problem is that when I go to the management interface and then to the internet as you told me, I don’t have a line to manage my account!!!!

If you do not have a "manage my account" line with your email address, it means that your email box was created from another user account. Let me explain: my parents got internet, I created my email box, and when I got internet at my place and connected with my phone number and password, I had no email box.

You need to go back to "my account," "internet," "manage my account," and then click on "link my other email accounts." You enter your address and password, and check "I certify that I am the owner."

And then when you log out and log back in, you can perform the operation I gave you in my previous answer.
