Hi everyone, do you know how to give a gift or create a pool online, for example, so that everyone can contribute as they wish and not stress too much?

Yes, Molive is becoming really simple today and very convenient too; everything is indicated on the websites... and that way you won't have to chase after your money anymore ;)
And the Rue des Cadeaux is indeed very good for that, unlike Leetchi where they take an outrageous commission, I think!!
